Fluid 4-3-3.
LB inverting to midfield.
LCM attacking and entering the box.
CDM and RCM as playmakers in a free role.
LW stays wide, CF plays as a false 9, RW mixed attack, RB mixed attack.
The idea is to always have 4 players in midfield (Onana/Bellingham joining the 3 midfielders).
McNeill always keeps the width on the left hand side (for now, I have an academy player waiting). The width on the right hand side is being alternated by the RW and the RB (when the the RW is wide the RB make runs from the inside and vice versa).

The idea is to have players who can player in multiple roles. In a fluid formation it means that different players will occupy the same positions on the pitch with a lot of rotations.
In that way you can control the game and dictate a not too direct game while still creating chaos in the oppositions defense and creating spaces to run into.

From past experiences with similar tactics I can say that it has the potential to be a really fan and good on the eye to play while also being very solid defensively.

The most important things are patience, technical quality and insisting to play from the back under pressure.
